Satori Concept Cork Yoga Mat – The Goldilocks of Yoga Mats

If Mother Nature and a physical therapist designed a yoga mat together, this would be it. The cork top is chef’s kiss—grippy when you’re dry, even grippier when you’re sweaty (which is great because I sweat like I’m being paid for it). The natural rubber base keeps it from sliding around like my motivation on a Monday.

It’s thick enough to cushion my knees during long poses but still firm enough that I don’t feel like I’m balancing on a marshmallow. And it’s huge—I can finally do a full stretch without feeling like I'm going to roll off the edge like a yoga burrito.

Plus, I feel weirdly smug every time I unroll it because it’s sustainable, non-toxic, and smells like... not chemicals. Which is more than I can say for my last mat.

If you’ve been mat-hopping and nothing has felt “just right,” Goldilocks would approve of this one.

really nice all natural yoga mat

This Yoga Mat is nice and thin but also feels very durable. It is heavy being made of mostly natural rubber and thin layer of cork, but It is worth the extra weight knowing that you are doing yoga on a natural material that does not smell like neoprene. The cork is nice and grippy and works great for doing all of your most precarious poses.

I also really like that it immediately laid nice and flat after taking it out of the package and rolls up easily.

This definitely isn't the cheapest Yoga Mat, but if you are invested in your health, the health of the planet and yoga as a hobby it is definitely worth the spend.
