Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • The mat must be in its original packaging, including wrapping paper and tags, and in unused condition. This ensures that our customers receive only brand-new yoga mats.
  • As we already offer free shipping within the US and Canada and share partial international shipping costs, we are unable to offer free returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thesatoriconcept.com. Be sure to include your order details and the reason for the return in your email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on suede mats.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
